We are here to roast your pitch deck, not steal your startup. We keep your deck confidential, we do not sell your data, and you retain 100% ownership of your intellectual property.

2. Privacy & Data Collection

• What we collect: We collect your name (or alias), email address, and the PDF pitch deck you upload.
• How we use it: We use this information solely to review your deck, generate a "roast" scorecard, and email the results back to you.
• Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or publicly share your email address or your pitch deck.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

To provide our feedback, we utilize secure, third-party Large Language Models (AI). By submitting your deck, you consent to us securely transmitting the text of your PDF to these AI providers exclusively for the purpose of generating your roast. We do not allow third-party AI models to train on your proprietary data.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full and exclusive ownership of your pitch deck, business ideas, and all associated intellectual property. Submitting your deck to Roast My Deck does not grant us any ownership rights or licenses to your business concept.

5. Thick Skin Disclaimer & Liability

Roast My Deck provides comedic, aggressive, and subjective feedback designed to simulate a harsh venture capital environment. Our feedback is for entertainment and educational purposes only.

• We are not responsible for any hurt feelings, bruised egos, or emotional distress caused by our feedback.
• We make no guarantees that implementing our feedback will result in funding, investment, or business success.

By submitting your deck, you release Roast My Deck and its operators from any liability arising from the use of our feedback.
